Meet The Team
PAUL DIGEROLAMO
CEO / FOUNDER
Paul, originally started in the insurance and investment business in August 1991. After his father, Frank, suffered a heart attack, Paul left his higher-paying job to help his father with his struggling insurance agency. With God’s grace, Paul and his brothers were able to grow this insurance agency into the largest independently owned agency on the west coast.
However, this business was an LLC and had no perpetuation plan in place to allow the business to transfer to the next generation. Proverbs 13:22 says, “A wise man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children.” While the business did transfer to the second generation, to Paul and his brothers, there was no way to eventually transfer the business to Paul’s children.
Paul decided to start Finish Strong Financial Services Inc. and made his children business owners, as his late father, Frank, always wanted for the DiGerolamo family. The name comes from 2 Timothy 4:7 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” Finish Strong!
As an Investment Adviser Representative, Paul holds a series 6, 63, 7, 65, and Life and Health licenses. Paul is Married with 4 beautiful children and 3 grandchildren. His grandchildren refer to him as “Boom Boom” which is a loving way of saying “Baby Boomer.” Paul, is blessed and excited to be able to pass on his over 30 years of experience to his sons so that the legacy may continue to many generations..
JONATHAN DIGEROLAMO
PRESIDENT / CO-FOUNDER
While some children grow up wanting to be sports stars or astronauts, Jonathan knew what he wanted to do at a very young age. He wanted to wear the suit and tie and help people with their money, like his dad did! Today, not much has changed except Jonathan hates wearing suits, so if you see him wearing one, take a picture! Jonathan joined his father in 2015 and specializes in lifetime income planning into perpetuity.
Jonathan says, “The most rewarding part of my job, is seeing the relief on clients’ faces when they realize that no matter how long they live, they’re going to have monthly income that they can count on.” This frees up his father to do what he does best, and focus on the “at-risk” and legacy planning portions of clients’ portfolios.
Jonathan has been married to his wife, Chelsea, since 2018. They had their first child, a son named Creek, in 2019, and had a daughter in 2022 named Aurora. In true DiGerolamo fashion, Creek already says he wants to work with his daddy when he grows up. It goes without saying, this makes his daddy very proud!
SAMUEL DIGEROLAMO
VICE PRESIDENT / CO-FOUNDER
Samuel, like Jonathan, also knew what his life path was going to be from a very young age. He joined the family business in 2020 and has taken to it like a duck to water. Samuel specializes in life insurance planning, generating both tax-free legacy planning as well as tax-free income, for more high net-worth clients that may not be able to contribute to Roth IRAs due to income earning limitations.
Samuel is a very disciplined and structured young man. Before he joined the family business, he was a personal trainer. During that time, he picked up some very good life habits. He enjoys working out at the gym before work daily with his father, Paul, and he eats clean, on a set schedule, never the less! He brings the same discipline and structure to his office work ethic. Samuel stays on top of his father and his older brother, making sure nothing slips through the cracks!
